Schwartz Smoke Meat

I made a smoked meat today at home.  Although it was good, it wasn't even close to Schwartz smoked meat and therefore didn't make the cut on my blog.  Enjoy this beautiful picture of a real smoked meat I ate not too long ago in Montreal.

Unbelievable tender and tasty ribs on the BBQ with a nice spice rub and a habanero sauce. These ribs were not boiled and therefore kept all their flavour.  Thanks to my brother for giving me his recipe.

Cedar Plank Salmon

My wife and I made this cedar plank salmon glazed with maple syrup served with a refreshing cucumber salad and sweet peppers. A bottle of wine...perfect supper.

Homemade chicken parmigiana with fresh herb marinara pasta, stuffed mushroom with buffalo mozzarella cheese and pesto, and grilled sweet peppers.
