Chicken Cordon Bleu

It was the perfect meal for today. The Chicken Cordon Bleu came from the Hill Butcher Shop.  Everything was fresh and tasty.  I wish you could have had a piece of our fresh baked blueberry pie.
Oh, the main was paired with a nice Robert Mondavi Cab........

Truffle Oil Mushroom Raviolis with a perfect Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce

Words cannot describe how good, fresh and fun it was to make these raviolis .  A great meal to be repeated and again and again and again!

BBQ Mop Chicken

If you look carefully, you will see the layers of sauce on this bird. Also smoked with hickory wood chips and sweet veggies. If you don't like chicken, you will love this one.

Chicken Parmesan and Veal Meat Sauce

Now this is a meal with veal pasta sauce and of course chicken parmesan. A good classic.

Scallop Salad - These are just great!

My brother made this beautiful and elegant salad with fresh scallops.   Great meal and cook.

Kobe Beef $teak$ - 4lbs

Ahh...Kobe Beef steaks.  These steaks were cooked at my parent house.  It brings back a fond memory of my Kobe Beef Japan experience.  It was really good, tender, juicy and pricy. Good food, good wine and family.
