Taco Time
Homemade succulent beef tacos. The beef was cooked on the BBQ and smoked with mesquite wood and also seasoned to perfection. Garnished with cheese, cooked onions and shallots, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. And to finish...cilantro herb. My best one so far!

Duck Confit and Duck Breast
Today was a royal feast. My brother made from scratch his duck confit and the duck breast was grill on the Barbie. Crispy potatoes and a divine truffle oil salad dressing. Royals don't eat that great.
