Deep Fried Zucchini Flowers with a Homemade Ravioli and Fresh Tomatoes Sauce

This was yet again a great meal...we love cooking at home.  The taste was superb and wish we had more stuffed flowers with cheese to eat. Everything is homemade...cant beat that!

Sea Bass Glaze with a Saffron Risotto

First, I must say that I feel bad for not posting for so long.  It kind of happen because I was eating some of the same thing and didn't want to repost same version of meals. (I will post a few really soon that I have made).

Now here is a nice dish that we made for my brother 40th birthday.  It was a nice piece of Chilean Sea Bass on a bed of saffron risotto. Seriously, this thing was out of this world.

We made this amazing deep dish pizza from scratch.  The only thing we didn't do was the hot italian sausage from the Hill Butcher Shop and Deli. Can't wait to eat some again..oh yeah!

Raviolio Uovo

Raviolio Uovo is a big round ravioli with ricotta parmesean filling topped with a single egg yolk, truffle oil and sautéed mushrooms. Home made pasta is just too good.

Steaks from Queue de Cheval

I bought these steaks from Queue de Cheval in Montreal that we cooked back home.  Although, they were good, they were not the best we ever had.  Oh well...my quest continue.

Shrimp Cocktail & Sauce

This sauce is easy to make and so good with shrimps.  It's made with mayonnaise mixed with ketchup, a little bit of paprika and really small cube chop apples.  The crunch and sweet taste of the apples and the rich taste of mayo with the tangy paprika and the ketchup make this sauce a real winner.  Try it!

Scallops for the New Year

This was a nice Scallops and Shrimps appetizer for the new year.  The scallops were pan seared with a drizzle of maple syrup and crispy bacon bits for a nice contrast of sweet and salty.
