Filet Mignon and Ossobuco devine!


No doubt about it that my brother is the best cook in the family.  He made an amazing beef tenderloin with a sauce to die for and fresh Ossobuco.  Simplicity and taste at his best.....this can't be beat.

Tacos - Quick How To


First these tacos are great..but take some effort.  I first put my spices in the meat prior to cooking.  Then I put my meat on the BBQ in patties shape to get the flame broiled taste.  After, I mix the meat and onions into the skillet and let it simmer for a while.  Then put the taco in oven with some cheese and let it melt. Then I dress my tacos...

Chicken Wings

It was the perfect meal for today. The Chicken Cordon Bleu came from the Hill Butcher Shop.  Everything was fresh and tasty.  I wish you could have had a piece of our fresh baked blueberry pie.
