Homemade succulent beef tacos. The beef was cooked on the BBQ and smoked with mesquite wood and also seasoned to perfection. Garnished with cheese, cooked onions and shallots, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. And to finish...cilantro herb. My best one so far!

Maine Lobster roll meat!....forgot to take a picture prior to eating (was too excited to eat). It was in a top-slice bun with chips and a pickle. Little mayonnaise and spices to showcase the full lobster flavour. Yummy
