Taco Time

Homemade succulent beef tacos.  The beef was cooked on the BBQ and smoked with mesquite wood and also seasoned to perfection.  Garnished with cheese, cooked onions and shallots, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. And to finish...cilantro herb. My best one so far!
