Deep fried pork belly with beets

This was a great supper with deep fried pork belly and beats and some cheese grits bed.

Sea Bass Glaze with a Saffron Risotto

First, I must say that I feel bad for not posting for so long.  It kind of happen because I was eating some of the same thing and didn't want to repost same version of meals. (I will post a few really soon that I have made).

Now here is a nice dish that we made for my brother 40th birthday.  It was a nice piece of Chilean Sea Bass on a bed of saffron risotto. Seriously, this thing was out of this world.
