Pasta Primavera
Chicken and shrimp pasta primavera with oyster and grilled portobello mushrooms, sweet peas, asparagus, red pepper and parmesan cheese. Some of the shrimps were grilled and spicy hot. So many fresh flavours with a light comforting creamy sauce. All homemade...it was so good.

Truly simple...and simply so good.
Stuffed pesto pork patties resting on a sweet long pepper and served with crispy potatoes cooked in a dash of duck fat. Oh, always cook a little more of these potatoes...you can't never have enough off with that recipe!

This never gets old - tenderloin
Look at the nice tenderloin steak! It was perfect and paired with earthy portobello mushrooms and sweet zucchinis. Served with a nice shiraz wine.

Nice Racks!
Unbelievable tender and tasty ribs on the BBQ with a nice spice rub and a habanero sauce. These ribs were not boiled and therefore kept all their flavour. Thanks to my brother for giving me his recipe.

Cedar Plank Salmon
My wife and I made this cedar plank salmon glazed with maple syrup served with a refreshing cucumber salad and sweet peppers. A bottle of wine...perfect supper.

Asian Salad
Today I couldn't cook. So here is asian salad that I made sometime ago. The mix of fruits and spicy shrimps and asian dressing was perfect for a summer meal.
